Qualifications of Tenants (Credit Checks):
Tenants must have fair credit rating and stable income.
Length of Leases Available:
Rentals available daily, weekly and monthly for all properties.
Rental Pricing (all prices are negotiable):
4829 Bella Pacific (San Diego): $175/daily, $1,000/week, $3,500/month
7255 West Sunset (Southwest): $150/daily, $760/week, $2,500/month
1150 North Buffalo (Summerlin): $150/daily, $760/week, $2,500/month
Security Deposits:
$300 security deposit (in the form of a check) for each property. Cleaning fees are not included for daily and weekly rental pricing.
Pets:
Small pets allowed at Bella Pacific property. Small pets in Las Vegas properties are negotiable.
